Johnny and Glenn, the Melbourne duo behind label Who Am Eye, have titled their upcoming collection “For Glory or Death”. The collection explores miliarty style jackets and combat pants, with their signature aesthetic of ultra skinny bottoms with jeans and tights, and long, baggy, slimline and asymmetrical tops. With a monochromatic colour scheme with touches of olive green, the collection starts arriving at Pitbull Mansion in coming weeks!

Melbourne label Who Am Eye continue to roll out the hits. We are loving the Kurt Cobain tees, and what better way to celebrate the number one song in Triple J’s hottest 100 of all time with a bit of a tribute to Nirvana! Our other fave… the rolled hem relaxed pant. This is the season to break out from the skinnies with a pair of tailored pants.

The Loreal Melbourne Fashion Festival was held recently and a few of our labels showed their winter collections on the runways. Congrats to Illionaire, Limedrop, Who Am Eye and Claude Maus for great shows that received great response from the punters! Here’s a few snippets…

Coming in the next few weeks to the Mansion is the newest collection from Melbourne duo Who Am Eye. Referencing street gangs and New York’s 1980’s underground scene this latest season has all the pieces we have grown to love from Who Am Eye and more with androgynous cardigans, trench coats, jeans, hoodies and tees in a monochromatic colour palette with splashes of blues thrown in. We are loving the trench coat with detachable hood, and the silky smooth tights are a winter staple!
Johnny and Glenn from Melbourne are the guys behind Who Am Eye, and I have to say each collection just gets better and better! (I have already had a preview of their Winter 09 collection and am in love!) Their summer collection features the usual mix of unique printed tees, but the stand out pieces are the coated black jacket and hooded vest! Most of the collection is designed to be unisex so think outside the square when browsing. The new season stock is due to hit our shelves within a week or so, or you can grab yourself a bargain with their current season stock (but very limited styles and sizes left so be quick).
If you live in Melbourne, head along to the Made In Melbourne: independent designer showcase, featuring 2 of our labels Who am Eye and Limedrop, along with Artechoke, Lenko, Rest in Peace, Kosi Kosi, Die Pretty and Serena van der Woodsen. All proceeds will be donated to the Reach Foundation, which helps young Australians fulfil their potential through interactive and experiential programs.
