Melbourne duo, Nathan and Clea, from Limedrop have been making waves in the fashion world… with some successful runway shows, and more recently a pop up store at Melbourne GPO. Their winter collection “Silver Lining” is highly anticipated with their usual mix of unisex pieces (Nathan and Clea admit to often sharing clothes). We are totally in love with the silk cloud print! Limedrop’s spring/summer collection is all about celebrating the different travel destinations around the world, with a bit of a tongue-in-cheek play on the old tourist tees! We love the relaxed feel of the collection with great layering pieces, drapey cardigans, oversized tees and shirts, and floaty dresses. The hero piece… the tangerine drop crotch pants for the super daring! The favourite with the media… the high waisted funnel leg pants!

The Loreal Melbourne Fashion Festival was held recently and a few of our labels showed their winter collections on the runways. Congrats to Illionaire, Limedrop, Who Am Eye and Claude Maus for great shows that received great response from the punters! Here’s a few snippets…

What I love about Limedrop is their quirky spin on trends, and their creative styling. Their designs are always a little left of centre keeping you looking like part of an arty fashion set. Their winter collection features antler prints for the guys (I am loving antlers at the moment!) a gorgeous tuxedo style bodysuit for the girls, and my favourite piece… the shiny black coated linen skirt.
Limedrop by Melbourne based duo Clea & Nathan are known for their fun and quirky designs, and of course their great wooden jewellery. Their summer collection features some striking metallics, wet look fabrics, and nautical influences.
